New zoom functionality: The new zoom functionality can be found in the panel menu bar. It helps the user to zoom in and zoom out the views in AXP Neo. The zoom functionality can also be used with shortcut key combinations. Please see further description here.
IFS Supply Chain Processes Check: The new IFS Supply Chain Processes Check version 1 was added to AXP Neo. Please see further description regarding e.g. the new commodity list here.
Template editor:
Report cover page template: It is now possible to customise also the first page of the audit/assessment report (see Template editor manual)
New edit element “Position”: The new function “Position” was added as a tool to the edit elements. You can use this function to relocate items on the report or certificate/letter of confirmation. A possible use case is e.g. the movement of the QR code on the certificate/letter of confirmation to another position on the page. (see edit elements).
HKZ logo question: The optional question for the German logo “Herkunftskennzeichen Deutschland” (“HKZ”) was added for IFS Progress Food 3 and IFS Broker 3.2 in the claims section.
IFS Progress Food 3 split assessments: According to the new IFS Split Protocol, the “split” option for IFS Progress Food 3 assessments was disabled for newly created files.
Panel menu bar: The new panel menu bar at the bottom of the application window provides space for useful functionalities. For example, the user can switch the language of the application here, access the new global search function or check the status of the audit/assessment file (see panel introduction).
Global search function: The new global search function is located in the new panel menu bar. It helps the user to find keywords within the file across all tabs. The search function can also be accessed with the shortcut key combination Crtl+F. See more details in the chapter global search function.
Log file export: The AXP Neo log files can now be exported under Settings >> System with the button DOWNLOAD LOGS. The log files will help the IFS Customer Support to solve issues with the application (see general handling).
IFS Broker 3.2: Further translations (German, French, Spanish, Italian) were added to the IFS Standard Broker version 3.2
Improved update process: The AXP Neo update process has been improved. As soon as there is an update available, AXP Neo will ask the user when closing the window if the update shall be installed now or with the next start of the program. The new process will be visible with the next upcoming update (software versions version >1.15.0).
Template editor: A new key function is available with AXP Neo version 1.15.0 - The template editor for PDF documents. Users can now customize the PDF certificate AXP Neo is generating (See Template editor).
IFS PACsecure version 3: The new standard IFS PACsecure version 3 was added to AXP Neo.
Improved action plan layout in Excel export: The layout of the action plan has been optimized in the Excel export. The view per page has been improved by adjusting the text alignment in the cells.
Launch of new AXP Neo online manual. The new AXP Neo online manual can be accessed by a click on the help icon/question mark icon.
New name for IFS Progress Program implemented. The new name IFS Progress Food was now implemented. Also the report and letter of confirmation show now the new IFS Progress name and logo. IFS Progress Food
Master data import functionality for auditors and CB subaccounts. Auditors and CB subaccounts with the right “add/edit audit” are now able to import the master data from the IFS Database into an AXP Neo file.
